Cairo - Mubasher: New Ismailia for Urban Development Company reported EGP 941,981 in net profits after tax during the first nine months (9M) of 2025, marking a year-on-year (YoY) fall from EGP 7.38 million.

The earnings per share (EPS) shrank to EGP 0.02 in 9M-25 from EGP 0.20 in the same period a year ago, according to the financial results.

Revenues hit EGP 1.78 million as of 30 September 2025, signaling an annual drop from EGP 9.08 million.

During the January-September 2025 period, total assets went down to EGP 156.13 million compared with EGP 156.99 million as of 31 December 2024.

Quarterly Financials

In the third quarter (Q3) of 2025, the EGX-listed company registered EGP 377,082 in net profits after tax, which were YoY lower than EGP 5.06 million. 

Meanwhile, the revenues plummeted to EGP 612,133 in Q3-25 from EGP 5.58 million in Q3-24, while the EPS decreased to EGP 0.01 from EGP 0.13.
